洗沐用品 TOILETRIES-「茶籽堂Cha Tzu Tang 」
很多旅宿的洗髮品與沐浴用品都會讓你乾燥發癢，我們找來了台灣本土的品牌「茶籽堂」，從台灣本土的苦茶樹製作洗髮精與沐浴乳，讓你的頭髮和皮膚柔順、光滑。
It's no secret that some hotel shampoos and soaps make you dry and itchy. We approached local soap makers Cha Tzu Tang to craft Camellia oil-based toiletries that leave your hair and skin soft, smooth, and smelling great.
觀景平台 Viewing platform
我們在頂樓提供了一個很棒的觀景平台，在平台上您可以一覽整座美麗的正濱漁港，您也可以在平台上做做瑜珈、看看書、聊聊天甚至吃吃飯，好好享受在港邊生活的美好時光。
We have a great viewing platform on the top floor. On the platform, you can see the beautiful ZhengBin fishing port. You can also do yoga, read books, chat and even eat on the platform to have a good time to live near the ocean.

我們一樓提供舒適的公共生活空間，可以在這裡工作也可以和在地藝文團體聊聊，也提供完整的廚房設備、咖啡機、飲水機，讓您可以自由地使用，另外廚房也備有麥片、鮮奶、吐司、蛋，讓您可以輕鬆地為朋友家人做一頓美好的餐點。
We offer a comfortable public space on the first floor, where you can work and chat with local art groups, complete kitchen equipment, coffee machines, water dispensers, so you can use them freely, Also, the kitchen also provides cereals, fresh milk, toast, and eggs, so you can easily make a good meal for friends and family.
閑閑甜品店 sIáN-SIáN Dessert shop
這是在地藝術團體夥伴在旅宿旁開的甜品店「閑閑」合作，營業時間會在周五到周一，如果幸運的話你可以在一棟充滿風味的老房子內享受精緻的手工甜點耗盡一個下午，這是一件多麼讓人歡心的事!
This is a dessert shop opened by local art group partners. It is called “sIán-sián” and will be open from Friday to Monday. If you are lucky, you can enjoy exquisite handmade desserts in an old house full of flavors. It’s a great thing to run out of an afternoon!
星濱山藝術共創 Zhengbin art
我們不僅提供舒適的居所，更致力於推廣在地文化。透過與「星濱山共創工作室」的深度合作，包含共同參與兩年一度的在地藝術節，我們將藝術與空間敘事完美結合。藉由一次次的在地創作與文化激盪，我們期盼帶領旅客超越觀光的界線，一起看見、並深深愛上這座港口城市最真實且深層的面貌，目前常態開放的空間有 SPACE MOOR ，為一個駐創空間有展覽可以看。
We offer more than just a comfortable place to stay; we are dedicated to promoting local culture. Through our profound partnership with Zhengbin Art Studio, which includes co-participating in the biennial local art festival, we perfectly intertwine art with spatial storytelling. With every local creative endeavor and cultural exchange, we hope to guide our guests beyond the boundaries of traditional tourism, inviting them to discover and fall deeply in love with the most authentic and profound essence of this port city.
