【住宿與訂購需知】

1. 入住與退房時間 (Check-in & Check-out)

  • 入住時間：下午 15:00 後。

  • 退房時間：隔天早上 11:00 前。

  • 自助入住（2026/03起）：本旅宿採自助入住，請於信箱收到的信件裡預先辦理入住，並於入住當天在同個連結裡獲取入住密碼。此後無入住時間限制，但 22:00 後入住請放輕腳步、輕聲細語。

  • 人工辦理（2026/03前）：CHECK-IN 時間為 15:00-19:00，若會超出時間請提前告知。

  • 延後退房：需額外支付延長費用，套房每間每小時 500 元；超過下午 14:00 將收取一日費用。

2. 房型與加人費用

  • 房型依旅舍安排為主，若有特殊需求，請於訂房時提前告知，以利作業。

  • 雙人房為雙人入住，如超出人數不加床情況，未滿 6 歲不計人頭，但也不提供備品；6 歲以上需加床，每床 800 元。

  • 注意：僅有「海洋房型」可加床，其餘房型不接受未告知之超出人數入住。

3. 平假日定義

  • 平日為週日至週四；假日為週五至週六及國定假期含前夕（依飯店年度公告行事曆為主）。

4. 住宿環境與設施提醒

  • 無電梯：旅宿為老房子改造，並沒有電梯設施。

  • 無停車位：本旅宿沒有提供停車空間，可參考此地圖查詢附近停車空間：https://maps.app.goo.gl/QG78dS9E8iTp7Nd57。

  • 自然環境：旅宿位置接近山區，多少可能有蚊蟲出沒，如非常懼怕請多加考慮再行下訂。

  • 共享廚房：館內提供完整的共享廚房，需自行操作及清洗碗盤，謝謝配合。

5. 寵物入住規範

  • 全館僅有一間房間開放寵物入住，訂房前請事先聯絡確認。

  • 需酌收 500 元清潔費，至多攜帶兩隻。

  • 請遵守以下規定：a.不吠叫 b.不上床 c.不在房間便溺 d.公共空間需牽繩。

6. 住宿行為規範與罰則

  • 全面禁菸：依照菸害防制法，本館全面嚴格禁菸，違者可處 10,000 元罰鍰。

  • 安寧維護：請相互尊重住宿空間安寧，晚間 22:00 過後請勿大聲喧囂，以免影響他人睡眠。

  • 禁止活動：為顧及左鄰右舍安寧，恕不接受烤肉、燃放鞭炮或煙火等活動。

  • 物品保管：貴重物品請自行妥善保管，若在房間內遺失任何物品，本館概不負責。

  • 鑰匙保管：請妥善保管房間鑰匙，若遺失須酌收工本費 200 元。

【住宿取消政策】

1. 一般取消規定

  • 住宿日前 3 天以前 取消：應退還已付金額 100%。

  • 住宿日前 1 - 2 天 取消：應退還已付金額 50%。

  • 住宿日 當天 取消：得不退還已付金額。

  • 備註：預訂的訂金及取消條款，可能依照不同的專案有所變動，下訂前請詳閱。

2. 不可抗力條款

  • 若入住當日遇旅舍所在地或旅客出發地發生不可抗力之天然災害（如地震導致交通中斷、或中央氣象局發佈颱風警報）而取消訂房。

  • 已支付之訂金可選擇：「保留三個月」或「扣除作業費後辦理退款」。


【Booking & Stay Guidelines】

  1. Check-in & Check-out Time

    - Check-in Time: After 15:00.

    - Check-out Time: Before 11:00 the next day.

    - Self Check-in (Starting 2026/03): We will adopt a self check-in system. Please complete the pre-check-in process via the email you receive; you will obtain your entry code via the same link on the day of arrival. There is no time limit for check-in after this date, but please move softly and keep your voice down if arriving after 22:00.

    - Manual Check-in (Before 2026/03): Check-in time is 15:00-19:00. Please inform us in advance if you will arrive outside this time.

    - Late Check-out: An additional fee applies. Suites are charged at NT$500 per hour; check-outs after 14:00 will be charged as a full day.

  2. Room Types & Extra Person Fees

    - Room assignment is determined by the hostel. If you have special requests, please inform us in advance when booking to facilitate arrangements.

    - Double rooms are for two guests. For extra guests without an extra bed: children under 6 are free; guests aged 6 and over require an extra bed at NT$800 per bed.

    - Note: Extra beds are ONLY available in the "Ocean Room." We do not accept extra guests without prior notification in other room types.

  3. Weekdays & Holidays Definition

    - Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday. Holidays: Friday, Saturday, and National Holidays (including the eve of holidays), subject to the hotel's annual calendar.

  4. Environment & Facility Reminders

    - No Elevator: Please note this is a renovated old building and does not have an elevator.

    - No Parking: We do not provide parking spaces. Please check this map for nearby parking: https://maps.app.goo.gl/QG78dS9E8iTp7Nd57。

    - Natural Environment: Located near the mountains, insects may be present. Please consider this carefully before booking if you are sensitive to this.

    - Shared Kitchen: A fully equipped shared kitchen is available. Please operate the equipment yourself and wash dishes after use. Thank you for your cooperation.

  5. Pet Policy

    - Only ONE specific room allows pets. Please contact us to confirm before booking.

    - A cleaning fee of NT$500 will be charged.

    - Please follow these rules: a. No barking b. No pets on beds c. No indoor toileting d. Leash required in public areas.

  6. House Rules & Fines

    - No Smoking: In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Violators are subject to a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.

    - Quiet Hours: Please respect the peace of the accommodation. Do not make loud noises after 22:00 to avoid disturbing other guests' sleep.

    - Prohibited Activities: To respect our neighbors, BBQ, firecrackers, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.

    - Valuables: Please keep your valuables safe. The hostel is not responsible for any loss of personal items within the rooms.

    - Key Policy: Please keep your room key safe. A replacement fee of NT$200 will be charged if lost.

 

【Cancellation Policy】

The time applied here will be Taiwan Standard Time of GMT+08:00 used in Taiwan.

  1. tandard Cancellation Policy

    - Cancellations made 4 days or more before the check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be refunded (minus a NT$100 handling fee).

    - Cancellations made within 4 days of the check-in date: The deposit is non-refundable.

    - Note: Deposit and cancellation terms may vary depending on specific packages. Please read carefully before booking.

  2. Force Majeure Clause

    - If a cancellation is caused by force majeure natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes interrupting traffic, or Central Weather Bureau typhoon warnings) affecting the hostel's location or the guest's departure point on the day of check-in.

    - The paid deposit can be either "retained for three months" or "refunded after deducting a handling fee."
