・入住及退房的時間？

入住時間為下午三點到六點半。
請於上午十一點前退房，好讓專業的房務人員有足夠地時間為下一位旅客整理舒適的入住空間。

・我可以在六點後入住嗎？

可以，我們為全自助入住，會在入住前收到信件，在信件的連結裡辦理入住即可。

・我可以寄放行李嗎？

可以，入住期間可以免費寄放，入住前收到的訊息裡會有大門密碼

・可以幫我代收包裹嗎？

・我可以更改我的訂單嗎？

請直接取消重訂就可以囉，
更完整的訂房政策，還請詳閱訂單上的資訊。

・我可以在房間內加床嗎？

可以，海洋房可提供加床，還請詳閱房型資訊，新台幣$800元一晚，費用包含一組床鋪及備品。
6歲以下不計人頭，但也不提供備品，請在訂單裡備註。

・寵物可以入住嗎嗎？

只有一間二樓的雙人房有開放，
只有開放官網訂購攜帶，請記得加購，
寵物房是海洋海景雙人房，如果要帶寵物的話要麻煩您注意以下幾點：

1.不吠叫 2.不上床 3.不在房間便溺 4.公共空間需牽繩

入住費用為500元/晚，上限為兩隻寵物，

如果氣味不佳，旅宿有權當場拒絕旅客入住並且不退款，
如有備品或設備被破壞會需要賠償，
也請對自己與寵物有足夠自信的再行私訊訂房喔。

Check-in and Check-out Times

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM.

  • Check-out: Please check out by 11:00 AM. This allows our professional housekeeping team enough time to prepare a comfortable space for the next arriving guests.

Can I check in after 6:00 PM?

Yes. We offer a fully self-service check-in. You will receive an email before your arrival; simply follow the link in that email to complete the check-in process.

Can I store my luggage?

Yes, we provide free luggage storage during your stay. You will find the front door access code in the message sent to you prior to check-in.

Can you receive packages on my behalf?

Please contact us via our Facebook Page (粼島Spangle Inn) to make arrangements.

Can I modify my reservation?

Please cancel and rebook your stay directly. For more comprehensive details regarding our booking policies, please refer to the information provided on your booking confirmation.

Can I request an extra bed?

Yes. An extra bed can be added to the Ocean Room (please refer to the specific room details). The fee is NT$800 per night, which includes one set of bedding and amenities.

  • Children under 6: Stay for free (no extra amenities provided). Please let us know in the "Notes" section of your booking.

Are pets allowed?

We have only one pet-friendly room available (a Double Room on the 2nd floor). This option is exclusively available for bookings made via our official website; please remember to select the pet add-on.

The pet-friendly room is the Ocean View Double Room. If you are bringing a pet, please adhere to the following rules:

  1. No barking.

  2. Pets are not allowed on the beds.

  3. No indoor accidents (potty training required).

  4. Pets must be leashed in all public areas.

  • Cleaning Fee: NT$500 per night (maximum of 2 pets).

  • Important: We reserve the right to refuse check-in without a refund if there are significant pet odors. Guests are liable for any damages to amenities or facilities.

  • Please only book if you are confident in your pet’s behavior.
